The realm, in plain words. Tap any rite to reveal it.
Each day is a battle. Each night, a judgment.
Complete your quests, log your workouts and meals, and tend your companion. Tap a quest to complete it — tap again to undo. At 2am the realm judges your day: your Grace is set, the boss strikes (or doesn't), and Ember rises. Everything you do before 2am counts for that day.
The currency of growth.
Nearly everything earns Runes — quests, workouts, meals, boss kills, even opening the app each day. Hitting your daily macro targets (set them in Settings) pays bonus Runes at 2am. Spend them to level yourself and your companion. As your Ember rises, a multiplier grows on everything you earn (up to 3× at Ember 200). Unspent Runes are what death takes — so spend them.
The realm's judgment of your day.
Your Daily Score comes from your required quests plus — if enabled in Settings — a workout and a meal log. It sets tomorrow's Grace: Blazing (80+), Burning (50+), Flickering (20+), or Forsaken. Higher Grace means less boss damage overnight, more Ember, and HP restored when you Rest at Grace. Tier 3 and weekly quests add bonus points that push Burning days toward Blazing.
Your rising flame. It remembers.
Ember rises with every good day — up to +1.5 on Blazing days. Every 10 Ember you reach a Site of Grace: your Ember can never again fall below it, any debuff is cleansed, and a blessing is granted. Milestones also carry greater rewards — richer loot, permanent extra Flasks at Ember 70 and 150, and that ever-growing Rune multiplier.
Your life force. Guard it.
Vigor is your HP. The weekly boss strikes it every night — hard on Forsaken days, barely a scratch on Blazing. If it reaches zero, YOU DIE: half your unspent Runes are lost and your Ember falls to your last Site of Grace floor. You respawn at full Vigor with Burning Grace. Your levels, gear, and collectibles are never lost. Going away for a while? Ask your Game Master for Last Rites — the realm holds its breath until you return.
It waits in the dark. It strikes at 2am.
A new boss rises every Monday. Every Rune you earn strikes it — your equipped weapon sets how hard. Slay it by emptying its HP or completing its weekly goal, and claim Runes, loot, a permanent Echo perk, and a Remembrance trophy. Neglect it and it may rage — or curse you with a lingering debuff.
The realm provides — for those who endure.
Quests, workouts, boss kills, and milestones can all drop loot: Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Legendary. Duplicate gear can be sold for Runes. Arcane skill points and a happy companion raise your drop rates.
Arm yourself.
You carry one weapon, one shield, and one talisman. Your weapon turns earned Runes into boss damage — higher rarity hits harder. Your shield softens the boss's nightly blows. Your talisman grants a passive perk. Swap them anytime in the Armory on the Grace tab.
Tinctures and tools for the road.
The Flask of Crimson Tears restores 10% of your max Vigor per charge — refill it by Resting at Grace. Extra flasks unlock permanently at Ember 70 and 150. The Pouch holds your consumables: greases that empower your weapon for a week, boluses that cleanse debuffs, wards that protect your Grace, and more.
They walk beside you.
Your companion grants bonus Runes and loot — while they're happy. Happiness fades 20 each night; each of the two companion quests restores 20, so completing both holds the line. Below 50 happiness the perks are halved; below 25 they're suspended. Level your companion with Runes to grow their gifts.
Grow strong. Choose your path.
Spend Runes to level up and climb ten classes — from Hollow to Elden God. Each level grants a skill point for your six stats: Vigor (+4 max HP), Endurance (+1% flask potency), Strength (+3% weapon damage), Dexterity (+1% all Runes), Faith (+0.05 Ember/day), and Arcane (+1% loot rate). A respec costs 100,000 Runes.
Even the mightiest must recover.
Log a Rest Day instead of a workout to earn Runes and keep full workout credit for your Daily Score — up to your rest-day cap (adjustable in Settings). Past the cap, resting still pays Runes but no longer protects your Score.
DQS grades your daily performance and determines your Grace level. Adjust how much each component contributes to your score.
Daily nutrition targets for bonus Rune evaluation at 2am. Set all four targets to enable macro bonuses — leaving any blank disables them entirely.
Maximum consecutive rest days before your workout DQS component scores zero. Default is 4.
Update your 4-digit login PIN. You'll need your current PIN to confirm.
Skip 2am evaluation for the duration — no Grace drop, no boss damage, no death risk.
